Lindsay was born and raised here in Kelowna. Being a part of a medical family, she always knew she would be a healthcare professional. Having an interest in health/wellness, a love of anatomy/physiology and a desire to help people, it led Lindsay to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. She completed her training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and became a licensed RMT in 2009.
Lindsay treats a wide variety of conditions including, but not limited to, sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, neuromuscular dysfunction TMJ disorders and musculoskeletal imbalances. She also believes in the use of Massage Therapy for the prevention/management of chronic pain and stress. During appointments, Lindsay uses various techniques and develops individualized treatment plans that take the entire body, its compensating structures and the patient's goals into consideration. Her capability runs the gamut when it comes to pressure, from doing deep tissue work to relaxation. It is her aim to facilitate the body’s ability to heal and help restore it to its optimal level of performance.
When she is not working, Lindsay enjoys sports, being around animals & playing games with her family.
